How do I get support?

Do I need to be a member?
Yes, profiles, events, opportunities and discussions are members-only. You can join here or email us for basic help.
I can’t sign in to Connect
Reset your password via the sign-in page. If you still can’t access, email support with your profile URL and a screenshot.
Why can’t I add my pass to Google Wallet?
Ensure Google Wallet is installed and you’re signed in. During testing, passes may show “TEST ONLY.” Share device model + screenshots in Discussions for help.
